How to order

Following information are needed:
1.
The desired collar model and desired leather colours (top leather, bottom leather, possibly colour(s) of embroidery thread and colour of webbing (webbing only for martingale style collars).
Please give me also the fastener style of your collar (adjustable buckle collar / non adjustable martingale style)
If you have any questions I am happy to answer them by e-mail!
2.
The precise measurements of your dog, as all my collars are made to measure and will be crafted especially for your dog.
Please follow my measurement instruction carefully!
3.
Payment method: PayPal or bank transfer
Kindly note, that I only start crafting your items on advance payment.
4.
The breed and / or the approximate weight / hight of your dog.
5.
Your address for dispatch.
I will send you an order confirmation via email as soon as possible. Once the payment has been received in my account, I will craft your accessory as quickly as possible!
The delivery time is 16 - 21 days from the customer's payment instruction (within Germany).
